Hunter deButts has 25 years experience in real estate and is a life long residents of Loudoun County, Virginia.  Prior to real estate Hunter managed the deButts family dairy farm in Waterford.  This period of his life was interrupted by serving two years in the US Army which included a tour of duty in Viet Nam.  

 

Hunter became known throughout Loudoun County for his ability to negotiate and bring together transactions once seen as unattainable and this service he brings to his customers daily.  He was a residential top producer in the late 70s and led Loudoun in Commercial and Raw Land Sales in the late 80s. In 1987 Hunter became a Virginia Certified Appraiser to add to the services he provided.  During the 90s Hunter left real estate to directed projects  for John Deere fulfilling contract obligations in the Former Soviet Union and Russia. 

 

In 2002 Hunter returned to the real estate business associating with Keller Williams Realty.  By the end of 2003 Hunter had worked up to being one of the Top Producers in the Leesburg Keller Williams office and has held that ranking through today.  Using knowledge gained from past experience in land, residential, and commercial sales combined with years experience as a Certified Appraiser, Hunter brings to the table skills unmatched by most.

In 2003 the Hunter deButts Team added Lucy deButts, Hunter's wife, to specialize in marketing, and operations.  Lucy is a native of Russia and is fluent in Russian as well as English.
